Option 1
Pre-Event Planning
• Preliminary phone consultation
• Information gathering (face to face or phone consultation)
• Unlimited communication via phone and email
• 1-2 site visits
• Pre-planning with vendors
• Client provides us with timeline

Day of Event Coordination
• Up to 8 hours of day of coordination
• Onsite vendor coordination during setup
• Manage vendors and schedule to ensure smooth flow of event
• Coordinate proper breakdown
• Vendor Payment coordination at clients request

Option 2
Pre-Event Planning
• Preliminary phone consultation
• Information gathering (face to face or phone consultation)
• 1-2 venue walk through
• Generate timeline for Bride and Groom families
• Generate vendor timeline

Day of Event Coordination
• Up to 8 hours of day of coordination
• On-site vendor coordination during setup
• Manage vendors and schedule to ensure smooth flow of event
• Coordinate proper breakdown
• Vendor Payment coordination at clients request

Pricing contingent on event details. Multiple occasions related to an event will be priced on a per occasion basis.
