The APA Standard is taking the time to get to know our clients on a personal level to build that initial bond and trust. I handle all logistics related work for APA, helping the team behind the scenes with their planning processes, including coordinating clients, managing workflow, scheduling meetings, reaching out to vendors, emailing updates, and anything in between. As a member of the team, I am excited to work with a group that pays such close attention to detail and ensures that all the bells and whistles are sound-proof for your special day.

Hi, I’m Jazz and I have been a coordinator with A Panache Affair since October 2020. My expertise in event coordination comes from my background in corporate customer service and prior event management. My attention to detail plays a major role in my work - from making sure I check in with the team to ensure all the tiny details of their client vision is accounted for to managing staff and vendors to ensure we are staying on top of every little but critical detail. I am in awe of our team’s dedication to creating unforgettable experiences for each and every couple. After joining, I fell in love with the team and was able to hone in more on my love for event planning. This allows my hopeless romantic spirit to intertwine with my passion for weddings and making dreams come true. Our team ensures each event is personalized, memorable and nothing short of remarkable! I love our team because they are truly my second family. Outside of work, we take time to ensure each team member is taken care of mentally, emotional, and physically.

My appreciation for culture also plays a role in my interest in coordinating events. I’ve always been fascinated by the presentation of events. From the venue to the lights, décor, music, food, the entertainment for the guests, and everything in between. It’s amazing when it all comes together with the host's personality in the details.
